We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with a minimum of 60 days' written notice to existing subscribers. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel before the new price takes effect.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with BountyIQ within your first 30 days, contact us and we will issue a full refund of your first payment. No questions asked.
After the 30-day period, refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. If you cancel a monthly subscription mid-cycle, you retain access until the end of the paid period. If you cancel an annual subscription after 30 days, no refund is issued for the remaining months.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged again and you will retain access until that date. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund unless you are within the 30-day refund window.

Poker involves inherent variance and risk. The outputs of BountyIQ are mathematical calculations — they do not guarantee profitable outcomes.
Nothing in BountyIQ constitutes poker coaching, financial advice, or a recommendation to gamble. You use the service at your own discretion and risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of BountyIQ, including but not limited to losses at the poker table, loss of data, or loss of profits. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
